The standard

Come here to get better.

Develop the Player. Develop the Person. Prepare Both for What's Next.

Every player's journey looks different. For some, it ends in college lacrosse. For others, it ends after high school, middle school, or whenever they decide their playing days are complete.

Every one of those journeys can be successful.

We refuse to make a future roster spot the only reason today's experience matters. The journey has to be worth taking. That's the promise.

Common questions

Before you fill out
the form.

Not sure which team or pathway fits my son.

That's exactly what the evaluation process is for. Tell us about your player and we'll recommend the appropriate next step — no guessing which team fits.

Does my son have to already be an elite player?

No. All experience levels are welcome to inquire. We evaluate players honestly and place them on the pathway that fits their current level and their goals.

Can he play another sport?

Yes. White is built for multi-sport athletes — same coaching, lighter tournament workload. Red is the higher-commitment track for players who want lacrosse as the primary sport. Both Red and White offer year-round and seasonal options depending on age.

When are tryouts?

Team Carolina evaluates on a rolling basis. Submit the interest form and our staff will follow up with the next evaluation opportunity that fits your son's age group.

What's the difference between Red and White?

Same coaching. Same standard. Different workload. Red is our top competitive tier — highest tournament schedule and commitment level. White is Team Carolina coaching with a lighter tournament load, built for multi-sport athletes and families balancing other commitments. Both Red and White offer year-round and seasonal options depending on age group.
